How much does a personalized Santa letter cost?
Each letter is only $7.49, but if your order contains 3 letters, just

What does a Santa letter include?
The Santa letter includes an authentic postmark from the North Pole, a
personalized message from Santa with the recipient’s personalized
details, and free shipping within the US. If you are located
outside of the US a small fee of shipment applies. You will
receive an email regarding the fee after your purchase is made asking if
you agree of such charges. The letter is then sealed with an
authentic Santa embossed gold seal. |
What are the shipping rates?
Our shipping is free within the US for all letters. Gifts include fees to
send via USPS mail. You may choose which service you would prefer during
checkout. After December 15th we strongly advise not using first class
mail because we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time before Christmas.
When using USPS priority mail, each additional address other than the 1st mailing address will be charged
additionally after order is placed. Our shopping cart does not
have the capability of adding additional charges to additional mailing
address, therefore the additional charges will be charged to your credit
card after your purchase is made. |
Can I order Santa letters from outside of the U.S.?
We ship to the United States and worldwide. The free shipping of the
letters is only offered for US residents. |
When will the order be mailed?
All letters will start to be shipped starting after Thanksgiving on through to
mid-December. We will insure that your letter will arrive in time for Christmas.
All orders will take 2-3 days to process. |
When is the last possible day to order the letter in
time?
The last cutoff day is December 17 but please try to order prior to this date to
insure timely delivery. The cutoff date for North Pole postmark is
December 10th. Any letter ordered after this date will be mailed with no
postmark. |

All orders can be made using a credit card online. We accept all major credit
